Beijing Municipal Engineering Consulting Corporation (BECC), incorporated in 1986, is a comprehensive engineering consulting organization. BECC has 6 Qualifications of State-Class grade A:Engineering consulting, construction supervision, construction costing, bidding agent, IT supervision and energy saving surveying to enterprises. Meanwhile, BECC is also the member of FLDLC and the executive directive director of China-National Association of Engineering Consultants, and the member of China Construction Supervision Association and China-Tendering and Bidding Association.

With the distinguished technical capability and the sounding reputation, BECC was selected by National Development and Reform Commission as the commissioned investment evaluation organization, and selected by Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform and Beijing Significant Project Inspection Office as the social consulting organization by open bidding. BECC, as the qualified project trail organization, is one of the earliest companies providing whole-process construction project management, and obtained the qualification of foreign commission juridical identification which is approved by Beijing Supreme Court. In the year 2007, BECC has been awarded the certificate of International Credit Enterprise by Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., USA, which is member of Global Contract Orgnization of UN.
